It is a capital investment holding company formed on the basis of the former Shenzhen Fengyuan Catering Supplies Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Lvbaokang Packaging Container Co., Ltd., and Dongguan Fengyuan Packaging Container Technology Co., Ltd. Fengyuan Holding has a number of wholly-owned, holding, and shareholding companies, and operates under a parent-subsidiary separation system. Its headquarters is located in Pinghu South China City, Shenzhen.
